Hello - and welcome to my website. I hope these pages will give you some useful information about counselling, but please note that I am no longer taking on new clients as I will be retiring at the end of 2019.

Life can be tough, and many of us go through times when we feel overwhelmed, anxious or deeply unhappy. Talking with a counsellor is a way of finding support in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental setting. Working together, we can explore your experiences and search for a better understanding of your feelings, and how they play out in life and relationships. Counselling can help you manage what is happening now, and move towards positive changes in the future.
